2. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, voluntary withdrawal from a program, or a change in personal or financial circumstances.

3. Any chargebacks or disputes regarding payments will be considered a breach of this agreement, and Helping Trust reserves the right to take necessary legal action to recover funds.

4. All donations made to Helping Trust are considered voluntary and made with the understanding that they are non-refundable. Donations are used at the sole discretion of Helping Trust to fulfill its mission and objectives.

5. RAPID ACTION FOR HELP ADVANCED TRUST is committed to delivering high-quality programs and services. However, the success or outcomes of these services are not guaranteed. Participation in any Helping Trust program constitutes acceptance of these non-refundable terms.

6. RAPID ACTION FOR HELP ADVANCED TRUST reserves the right to terminate any engagement, program, or service at its sole discretion if the participant violates these terms or engages in behavior that is deemed harmful to the Trust’s mission or reputation. No refunds will be issued in cases of termination.

7. RAPID ACTION FOR HELP ADVANCED TRUST reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  Continued use of Helping Trust services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Receipts for donations will be provided both electronically and physically printed . We do not ask any member of  RAPID ACTION FOR HELP ADVANCED TRUST to accept offline payments.
